What this page is
This page shows whether Karnataka's citizen service websites, such as Seva Sindhu, Bhoomi and Kaveri, are opening normally for the public right now, and how reliably they have worked over the last 90 days.
It is an independent service. It is not an official Government of Karnataka website, and it is not run by the departments whose websites it checks.
How the checks work
Every minute, our monitors open each website the same way a citizen's browser would. The checks run from more than one location, so a problem seen only in one area can be told apart from a problem everywhere.
Checks are read-only. They only open public pages. They never log in, fill in forms, or touch anyone's personal data, and one visit per minute adds no meaningful load to a website.
A website is marked as having a problem only when the problem is confirmed: by two locations each failing twice in a row, or by one location failing three times in a row. A problem confirmed from only one location is shown as a local problem for that area, not for the whole state. So a single slow response or a passing network hiccup does not raise an alarm.
What the status words mean
- Up
- The website is opening normally.
- Degraded
- The website opens, but it is very slow, shows errors on some checks, or is missing expected content.
- Down
- The website is not opening for citizens.
- Under maintenance
- The department has scheduled maintenance. This time is not counted against the website's uptime.
- Unknown
- Our monitors have not reported recently, so we cannot say. This is a problem on our side, not the website's.
Verify our records
Every night we publish the previous day's record and fix its fingerprint in the Bitcoin blockchain, so anyone can check that we did not change it later. Verify our records.
The 90-day bars
Each thin bar is one day (Indian Standard Time). It shows the share of that day the website was available, not counting scheduled maintenance. A grey bar means there is no data for that day.
Uptime counts only the time our monitors were actually checking. If our monitoring was off for part of a day, that time is reported as not monitored and is never counted as up. A grey hatched bar means partial data: we were checking for less than half of that day, so its figure covers only the hours we checked.

ಸೇವಾ ಸಿಂಧು, ಭೂಮಿ, ಕಾವೇರಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳು ಈಗ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆಯೇ ಮತ್ತು ಕಳೆದ 90 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ಪುಟ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಇದು ಒಂದು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಸೇವೆ. ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜಾಲತಾಣವಲ್ಲ, ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಇದನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ
ಪ್ರತಿ ನಿಮಿಷ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜಾಲತಾಣವನ್ನು ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಬ್ರೌಸರ್ ತೆರೆಯುವಂತೆಯೇ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಒಂದೇ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಇರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಯಬಹುದು.
ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಓದುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತ. ಅವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪುಟಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಅವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮುಟ್ಟುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಭೇಟಿಯಿಂದ ಜಾಲತಾಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಹೊರೆ ಬೀಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ: ಎರಡು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ತಲಾ ಸತತ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ವಿಫಲವಾದಾಗ, ಅಥವಾ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಸತತ ಮೂರು ಬಾರಿ ವಿಫಲವಾದಾಗ. ಒಂದೇ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ನಿಧಾನವಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೆಟ್‌ವರ್ಕ್ ತೊಂದರೆಯಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಪದಗಳ ಅರ್ಥ
- ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ
- ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
- ಭಾಗಶಃ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯ
- ಜಾಲತಾಣ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿದೆ, ಕೆಲವು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೋಷ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ
- ಜಾಲತಾಣ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
- ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ
- ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ನಿಗದಿತ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಜಾಲತಾಣದ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ
- ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ವರದಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹೇಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ, ಜಾಲತಾಣದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
ನಮ್ಮ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ
ಪ್ರತಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಾವು ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನದ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ, ಅದರ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್‌ಕಾಯಿನ್ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಚೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಅದನ್ನು ನಂತರ ಬದಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ನಮ್ಮ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ.
90 ದಿನಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ತೆಳುವಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನವನ್ನು (ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕಾಲಮಾನ) ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಗದಿತ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಆ ದಿನದ ಎಷ್ಟು ಭಾಗ ಜಾಲತಾಣ ಲಭ್ಯವಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅದು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೂದು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಆ ದಿನದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಯದ ಸಮಯವೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಅದನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಲಭ್ಯವೆಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗೆರೆಗಳಿರುವ ಬೂದು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಭಾಗಶಃ ಮಾಹಿತಿ: ಆ ದಿನದ ಅರ್ಧಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಮಯ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅದರ ಅಂಕಿ ನಾವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಗಂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
